   Our mobile mechanic service offers on-site vehicle or equipment maintenance and repair services at the customer's location.

 

2. Service Area

   We operate within a specified service area. Additional charges may apply for services provided outside this area.

 

3. Appointment Scheduling

   Customers must schedule appointments in advance for service. Same-day service may be available but is not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation Policy

   Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

 

5. Service Fees

   Service fees are based on the type of service provided and the complexity of the repair. A cost estimate will be provided before any work begins.

 

6. Payment Terms

   Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

 

7. Parts and Warranty

   We use high-quality parts for repairs and provide a warranty on our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts used.

 

8. Liability

   We are not liable for any damage to the Vehicle or Equipment that is unrelated to the service provided. Customers must disclose any known issues with the Vehicle or Equipment before service begins.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

   Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area for our technicians to perform the service. Customers are responsible for securing pets and children during the service.

 

10. Indemnification

    Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services provided.

 

11. Compliance with Laws

    We comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to our services. Customers must ensure their Vehicle or Equipment  are legally parked during the service.

 

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
